How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline where the shirt would typically rest.
- Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.

How to Find Your Child's Perfect Fit
Because every child is beautifully different and comfort always comes first.
1. Measure with Love
All our size guides show garment measurements, not body measurements.
To find the right size:
- Lay one of your child's comfortable garments flat.
- Measure straight across (chest, waist, hip) and double it for the full round.
- For length, measure from the highest point of shoulder (HPS) down to the hem.
Always compare these with our chart, not your child's body, for the best fit.
2. Our Fits Are Designed for Growing Kids
- Tops & Shirts: Slightly relaxed fit for ease and layering.
- Dresses: True-to-age fit with a little extra length so your child can wear it longer.
- Bottoms: Elastic or adjustable waistbands for extended use and comfort through growth spurts.
If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up — better a little roomy than a little tight.
3. About Our Fabrics
We use only natural and organic fibres — soft, breathable, and kind to delicate skin. A gentle 2–3% shrinkage after the first wash is normal.
- Each piece is pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so what you see is close to the final fit.
- Natural fabrics may continue to soften and relax with use — that's their charm.

The measurements shown in our size charts are garment measurements, not body measurements. This means we measure the actual clothing item when laid flat.
What the Measurements Mean:
- Height & Weight: General age-appropriate ranges to help you identify the right starting size for your child.
- Chest/Waist/Hip (Round): Full circumference of the garment when measured all the way around. These are shown as ranges to account for ease and comfort built into each piece.
- Length: From the highest point of shoulder (HPS) to the hem, or from waist to hem for bottoms. Shown as a range to reflect our relaxed, comfortable fits.
Why Ranges Matter
You'll notice we provide measurement ranges (e.g., "23–25 in") rather than exact numbers. This is intentional and reflects:
- Natural fabric behavior — organic cotton softens and relaxes beautifully with wear
- Design ease — we build in extra room for comfort, movement, and layering
- Growing room — our pieces are designed to last through growth spurts
