What materials are your clothes made from?
All Mom & Zoey garments are crafted from GOTS-certified organic cotton and organic linen. We never use synthetic fabrics, harmful chemicals, or toxic dyes. Our materials are grown without pesticides, ensuring they're safe for your child's delicate skin and gentle on the planet.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin and eczema?
Yes! Our organic cotton is hypoallergenic, breathable, and free from harsh chemicals that can irritate sensitive skin. Many pediatricians recommend our products for children with eczema, allergies, or sensitive skin conditions. The natural fibers allow skin to breathe while staying soft and comfortable.
What is GOTS certification and why does it matter?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the world's leading textile processing standard for organic fibers. It ensures:

How do I care for organic cotton clothing?
Washing: Machine wash cold (30°C) with like colors using a gentle, eco-friendly detergent.
Drying: Tumble dry low or line dry in shade to preserve color and softness.
Avoid: Bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals.
Ironing: Iron on medium heat if needed.
Organic cotton actually gets softer with each wash when cared for properly!
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes for children from 2 to 6 years old. Our sizing runs true to size, but we recommend checking our size chart for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes or want room to grow, we suggest sizing up.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Organic cotton may experience minimal shrinkage (3-5%) during the first wash, which is normal for natural fibers. To minimize shrinkage:
• Wash in cold water
• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
• Remove from dryer while slightly damp
After the first wash, shrinkage stabilizes and garments maintain their size.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return Window: 7 days from delivery for defective items or size exchanges only.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Sale Items: All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, email support@momandzoey.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. For defective items, please attach clear photos or video.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
1. Contact Us Promptly: Email us within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or video of the defect
3. Internal Review: Our quality team will review your case
4. Resolution: If approved, we'll arrange free pickup and process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We offer one-time size exchange per item, subject to stock availability.
Requirements:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged
• Original tags and packaging intact
• Request within 7 days of delivery
If your requested size is out of stock, we'll issue store credit for the full item amount (no expiration). We provide one free pickup per order for exchanges.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Our returns are strictly limited to defective products, incorrect items, or size exchanges.
However, we value our customers. If you have a significant concern regarding your order, please contact our support team at support@momandzoey.com. We will always listen and review your case thoughtfully.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order — provided it hasn't been shipped yet.
To cancel, email support@momandzoey.com with your order number.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This policy helps us reduce waste from cancelled orders already packed or in transit.
Are sale items returnable?
No. All items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The only exception: If a sale item arrives defective, it's covered by our standard defective item policy with free return pickup and full refund.
Why is your return policy limited to 7 days?

How long does shipping take?
India (Domestic):
• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Other cities: 5-7 business days
International:
• 7-14 business days (depending on customs)
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000 within India!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping services. However, all our products arrive in beautiful, eco-friendly packaging that reflects our commitment to sustainability. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, making it a thoughtful gift as is.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through:

If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Currently, Mom & Zoey operates exclusively online to keep our prices accessible and maintain our commitment to sustainability. This allows us to focus our resources on quality, ethical production, and providing the best organic kidswear directly to your door.
Are your dyes safe and eco-friendly?
