Mom & Zoey is a sustainable kidswear brand based in India, creating ethically made, premium-quality clothing for children. Our mission is to offer products made from certified organic fabrics, azo-free dyes, and eco-conscious processes — because every child deserves purity and comfort.

To purchase from our website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if we believe information provided is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and descriptions accurately.
However, due to differences in screen displays and natural variations in hand-crafted garments, slight differences in color or texture may occur.
These variations do not qualify as defects — they reflect the handmade nature of our products.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal.
- We do not store or have access to your card or payment details.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available, as we follow a conscious, made-for-you model to minimize waste.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders across India and to select international locations.
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
- International shipping timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We take great care in ensuring that every product leaving our studio meets our quality standards.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@momandzoey.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or used garments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, designs, photographs, and product descriptions — is the property of Mom & Zoey and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
