International Shipping:

• Typically ranges from Rs. 500 - Rs. 2,000

How long does delivery take?
India (Domestic):
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days
International:
• 7-14 business days (depending on customs clearance)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
During Sale Periods: Processing may take 2-3 business days due to high order volume.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Saturday).
What if my delivery is delayed?
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Festivals or peak seasons

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
To Request a Change:
Email support@momandzoey.com immediately with:
• Your order number
• New delivery address
Note: Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
What if nobody is home during delivery?
If delivery is attempted but no one is available:
1st Attempt: Courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery
2nd Attempt: Another delivery attempt will be made the next business day
3rd Attempt: Package may be held at the local courier facility for pickup
You can also contact the courier directly using your tracking number to arrange a convenient delivery time or pickup location.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery services. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered according to our standard shipping timelines.

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
1. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
2. Take photos of the damaged package/items
3. Contact us immediately at support@momandzoey.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of damage
• Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund within 7-10 business days after verification.
