Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Why?

• To ensure faster order processing
• To maintain affordable pricing for our customers
We accept all major digital payment methods for your convenience, including UPI, cards, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay.
When will my payment be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
Payment Authorization:
• Funds are captured as soon as you complete checkout
• You'll receive an order confirmation email with payment receipt
• Order processing begins only after successful payment
Note: If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed, and no amount will be charged.
What if my payment fails?
Payment failures can happen due to various reasons:
Common Causes:
• Insufficient balance
• Bank server issues
• Incorrect card details or OTP
• Daily transaction limit exceeded
• Card expired or blocked
What to Do:
1. Check if amount was debited from your account
2. If debited but order not confirmed, wait 24-48 hours for auto-refund
3. Try again with a different payment method
4. Contact support@momandzoey.com if issue persists
How do refunds work?
For approved returns or cancellations, refunds are processed to your original payment method:
Refund Timeline:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days
• UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
Process:
1. Refund initiated within 24 hours of approval
2. Email notification sent with refund details
3. Bank processing time varies by institution

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Currently, we do not support split payments using multiple payment methods for a single order.
You must complete payment using one payment method. However, you can choose from any of our accepted options: cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or BNPL services.
Do you charge any additional fees or taxes?
No hidden charges! The price you see is the price you pay.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes (if applicable in their country).
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can occur for several reasons:
• Incorrect card details (CVV, expiry date, card number)
• Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
• Card not enabled for online transactions
• Daily transaction limit exceeded
• 3D Secure authentication failed
• Card issuer declined the transaction
Solution:
Contact your bank to enable online transactions or try a different payment method. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@momandzoey.com.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes! A GST invoice is automatically generated for every order.
How to Access:
• Invoice is emailed with your order confirmation
• Available in 'My Orders' section of your account
• Included in the package delivery
If you need a duplicate invoice, contact support@momandzoey.com with your order number.
